Brynnlee Marks Chosen for All-State Choir

Pierce student Brynnlee Marks, a freshman, auditioned and has been accepted for the Nebraska All-State Choir.
Over 3,000 students audition each year for the All-State Choir. It is one of the highest honors for a high school singer to achieve in the state. Brynnlee Marks was selected to participate in the All-State Choir November 14-16th in Lincoln in conjunction with the Nebraska Music Educators Convention. This prestigious choir is chosen from students across the state of Nebraska and will be over 400 members strong. The All-State Choir participants were chosen from over 1,000 auditions. Rehearsals will begin on November 14 and will end on November 16 with a concert at the Lied Center on the UNL campus on Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m.
Brynnlee Marks said, “I felt super excited and nervous when I found out that I had been accepted into the Nebraska All-State Choir. I’m excited to be singing with a large group of people and to gain some helpful singing tips.”
