FFA Nationals

FFA Nationals is a place to meet new people, experience new things, and to realize the scope of FFA. This year the Pierce FFA took the following 10 members: Travis Jensen, Abygail Streff, Larissa Meier, Brody Neusch, Alex Meier, Brielle Unseld, Zaylah Pfanstiel, Isabelle Skrdla, Michaela McWilliams, and Julia Polt. They packed up their official dress, grabbed some extra clothes and hit the road to Indianapolis, IN.
At the convention, the group attended the official sessions and multiple leadership workshops. They also attended the Brett Young concert. On Friday of their trip the group headed for Chicago to tour Fair Oaks Farms and the US Customs and Border Protection at Chicago O'Hare Airport. Freshman Alex Meier said, “I feel that nationals was an overall good experience. The sessions were fun and they allowed me to learn a lot more about FFA.”
