Welcome our New Students to PHS

Pierce High Welcomes New Student Maggie Bedingfield

by Ella Gaes

This year Pierce High is very happy to welcome new student Maggie Bedingfield to the class of 2021. She currently lives with her mom and two siblings in Pierce. One of her siblings, Tim Grasmick, also attends Pierce in the sophomore class.

One thing that brought Bedingfield to Pierce was to finish off her high school years as a senior. She previously attended school in Florida and said one of the biggest changes was going from a school population of 25,000 to Pierce’s small population.

One thing Bedingfield said about Pierce was, “She feels welcomed by everybody and overall really enjoys the environment.”

A goal of hers is to become a veterinarian, but she currently wishes to work at J’s Place. One of her hobbies is playing softball but is now injured and unable to currently play.

With Bedingfield’s addition, the class of 2021 now has 54 members.
