Andrik Sorrels is a new student at Pierce High School in the class of 2028. Prior to attending Pierce, Sorrels attended Norfolk Public Schools in Norfolk.
He has four family members, including his mom, Dashia, his dad, Monte, his grandma, Dayle, and his grandpa, John.
Sorrels is taking strength and fitness, computer applications, world history, and English 10. His favorite class at Pierce right now is strength and fitness.
He has no pets, but he does like to wrestle for fun and will be going out for it this winter.
“I really like Pierce so far. I just feel like I can focus so much better without any phones,” Sorrels said.
His reasoning for coming to Pierce was that he wanted a new and better environment than he had at his old school.
Sorrels is a sophomore.
