Pi Day - Pierce High School - 2025
On Friday, students at Pierce High celebrated Pi Day by putting their memory to the test and competing in the ‘Pi Challenge’. Students were challenged to memorize the first 10 digits of pi and were rewarded with a small treat when recited correctly. We had many students successfully participate in this challenge and we thank those individuals for their involvement. We also had a number of individuals who were able to recite more than 20 digits of Pi which include Danika Lorenzen (20), Keaton Vavra (24), Brayden McRoberts (27), Emmett Hervert (30), Aubrey Hanson (31), Payton Ebmeier (38) and Jayna Prochaska (43). Lastly, our champion for this year’s Pi challenge and the winner of the $15 gift card was Layne Prince who recited the first 51 digits of Pi! We would like to thank everyone who participated in the Pi Day frenzy! Go Math!!
