Here Are Some Movies That Everyone is Talking About

By Brayden Suckstorf

So far, 2025 has been a big year for movies, especially for teens. Whether you are into video games, animation, or thrillers, there is something new in theaters that is worth checking out.

The first movie on the list is The long-awaited “Minecraft movie.” Starring Jason Momoa, the film turns the pixel world into a live-action adventure full of action, teamwork, and, of course, some Minecraft fun. The movie has made some new trends online, one known as “Chicken Jockey,” which is a rare situation when a zombie character rides a chicken like a horse in Minecraft.

“It was really good, the audience was reacting throughout the whole movie, which made the overall experience a 10 out of 10 , would recommend,” Zane McKeown stated on behalf of the Minecraft movie.

“It was everything I could of asked for in a movie. Absolute cinema. My favorite  part was when the audience yelled “Cicken Jockey” making the experience spectacular. I would definitely recommend,” Brenden Bolling stated.

For people wanting to see a classic movie that has been revamped, Disney’s popular “Snow White” recreates the classic 1937 animated film. The movie is a classic fairy tale movie about a kind princess who escapes her jealous stepmother, known as the Evil Queen.

For something more thrilling, “The Amateur” is a spy thriller starring Rami Malek as a CIA codebreaker who goes crazy after losing his wife in an attack. With intense action and a powerful performance from Malek, the film delivers suspense and a personal story of revenge. It's a must-watch for fans of thrillers and action.

No matter your taste, this year’s movies are definitely giving movie fans something to stand in line for.
